2010 PELICAN CUP - AUSSIES VS INTERNATIONALS

Congratulations to the Aussies who were victorious on Sunday 25th in the Pelican Cup.

Top 8 scores from the Internationals totaled a healthy 317 points with an average of 39.7 pts, Russell McSweeney shone for the team with 45pts.

The Aussies top 8, led by Alan Curr's remarkable 50pts, eclipsed the Internationals with a total of 340 pts with an average of 42.5 pts.

Go Aussies!Thanks to all who played in the day, let's make this event bigger and better next year.

PACIFIC GOLFER 2BBB CHALLENGE

We had a great response to the Pacific Golfer 2 BBB Challenge and congratulations to Ross Louden and Kim McDowall for their winning score of 48 Points. Second Place was David Nelleman and Dic Davies with 47points. Third place Gary Kroeger and Dean Scott (47 points) were narrowly beaten on count back.

Ross and Kim along with David and Dic gain automatic selection to the Regional Finals.

LADIES OPEN DAY

Participants included - Headland, Horton Park, Gympie, Pacific Harbour, Peregian Springs, Beerwah, Tin Can Bay, Mount Coolum and Caloundra Golf Clubs. Thanks to Bridgestone, Titleist and Sporte Leisure for our prizes.
